NOTICE OF ADOPTION-FREDERIC TOWNSHIP

On April 9, 2019, the Frederic Township Board of Trustees adopted Ordinance 2019-1 (Frederic Planning Commission Ordinance  ).  The ordinance re-creates the Planning Commission under PA 33 of 2008 and provides for membership requirements, liaisons, training requirements, terms of office, removal from office, vacancies, compensation, meetings, powers and duties, staff and record keeping.  A full copy of the ordinance is available by contacting Frederic Township at P.O.
